General Information
ergo Acrylic Structural Adhesives are a group of
two-component adhesives based on modified acrylic ester,
which stand out due to their fast curing. Bondings made
with these products show high impact and peel resistance
and are clearly more temperature resistant then similar
fast curing epoxy adhesives.
Applications
ergo Acrylic Structural Adhesives are used in
glass/metal bonding; e.g. bonding of hinges to glass
cabinet doors or the fixing of rear-mirrors inside
vehicles. The excellent adhesion to ferrites, metals and
ceramics also offers applications in the area of coil
manufacturing, loudspeaker and electrical motor
construction. These adhesives are specially recommended
for applications with high thermal and dynamic
exposures.

General Information
ergo Methyl
Methacrylate Adhesives (MMA) are a group of
two-component structural adhesives. Bondings made with
these products remain viscoplastic and demonstrate high
impact and peel resistance and are significantly more
temperature resistant than similar fast curing epoxy
adhesives.
Applications
ergo Methyl Methacrylate Adhesives (MMA) are used
in various applications; e.g. bonding of metals,
ferrites, various plastics and ceramics. The adhesive is
also applied in the segment of coil manufacturing,
loudspeaker and electrical motor construction. These
adhesives are specially recommended for applications
with high climatic, thermal and dynamic stresses.
Highest strength is achieved on aluminium.
Some specific characteristics ensure maximum strength on
plastic moldings used in the automotive and general
industry, as well as required in general repair.

General Information
ergo Epoxy Adhesives are solvent free
two-component reaction adhesives. They cure and room
temperature or under heat. The products show excellent
resistance to aggressive chemicals and varying
mechanical and alternating thermal shock loading.
Together with the strong adhesion to various materials
ergo Epoxy Adhesives are use in a wide range of
applications.
